Members of the S.E.A.R. Team have a diverse and vast training resume. The team covers annually, a variety of training objectives at the Ohio Tactical Association Training conference. Members are also strongly encouraged to attend one external training course per year with an outside agency. The S.E.A.R. has trained with many of the countries elite special operations teams including Miami Metro-Dade S.R.T., Dallas S.W.A.T., Cincinnati S.W.A.T., Columbus S.W.A.T., Pittburgh S.W.A.T., Huntington Beach H.B.T., Dayton S.W.A.T., Indiana State Police S.R.T., Ohio Highway Patrol S.R.T., Cleveland S.W.A.T., The F.B.I. H.R.T Team, Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Franklin County Sheriff's Team, Team Operators have also trained with members and former members of U.S. Army Special Forces Group- Delta Force, U.S. Marine Corps Recon, U.S. Army Special Forces, U.S. Navy Seal Team 6, U.S. Coast Guard and The British S.A.S..
